Всё верно. Школа-приют для людей разного возраста.румынская медаль.
Госпожа Елена - полуофициальное имя Елены Куза, жены тогдашнего румынского правителя Александра Иогана Куза. Медаль, наверное, в память или по случаю организации сиротского приюта ее имени.

1914 WWI OTTOMAN GERMAN ALLIANCE VON HINDENBURG MEDAL
Front depicts a German and a Turkish soldiers shaking hands, above the date August 2, 1914. Underneath marked in German "Einigkeit Macht Stark" translated to English "strong power Agreement".
The Ottoman-German Alliance was an alliance established between the Ottoman Empire and the German Empire on August 2nd, 1914. It was this binding alliance that ultimately leads the Ottoman Empire to war on the side of the Central Powers.
The secret treaty was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Germany on August 2nd, 1914, to enter the war on the side of the Central Powers, one day after Germany declared war on Russia.
The back depicts Paul von Hindenburg bust in his field marshal uniform, and the legend "Gen.Feldmarschall von Hindenburg" in German.
Paul Ludwig Hans Anton von Beneckendorff und von Hindenburg, known universally as Paul von Hindenburg (2 October 1847 - 2 August 1934) was a German Field Marshal and statesman.
He retired from the army for the first time in 1911, but was recalled on the outbreak of World War I in 1914 by the Chief of the General Staff, Helmuth von Moltke.
Hindenburg was victorious in the Battle of Tannenberg and the Battle of the Masurian Lakes against the Russian army. He was promoted to the rank of field-marshal, and given the position of Supreme Commander East.
